Cauterizing Blink was also lowered from 15% to 8%. Personally, I feel that's too gigantic of a nerf to just leave undocumented.

Agreed. That's pretty big in %-terms.

Nice of Blizzard letting us hide the belts. But to be honest, I wish they'd just let us hide every single slot. What if I want to run naked with my Gnome? Or return the wild roots as a bare Worgen or Tauren?

I guess that would take the whole "slutmog" idea to a completely new level :p

More undocumented changes I have found:

  • Fishing node spawns greatly increased in all zones (especially Highmountain which was much needed!)
  • Sanctum of Order Teleporter now guarded by 1 pathing detector which can be avoided, and 1 fixed detector which is unable to be avoided by most characters and must be attacked.
  • Maximum camera view distance seems to have been slightly increased to give the impression that you are moving slower than before
  • Oculeth moved from the far wall to a pillar in the same area of his teleporter pads
  • The experience bar which tracks Artifact Power can no longer add tracking of a Faction Reputation in addition to Artifact Power. The Faction Rep tracking will take the place of Artifact Power, and you cannot have 2 bars active after reaching 110. This has been fixed

Just discovered in-game: As of 7.1, you can now hide your tabard. Haven't confirmed if shirts have the option as well, but no other items have been given the option (other than the above-mentioned belt).

While the big War Within pre-patch news is certainly Dynamic Flight being added to old mounts, the system is also adding a new option for Dracthyr!
Since players will be able to switch between Dynamic Flight and regular "static" flying, Dracthyr will gain the ability to fly like a regular old flying mount, including properly just hovering mid-air and looking cool. Here's MrGM's short video of the feature, where we can see that the race still retains the Soar liftoff animation, even with static flying:

Alliance players will be able to obtain three new wolf mounts soon. Check them out!
Wolves are typical for the Horde and so Blizzard decided to give Alliance players access to some as well in the near future through the Trading Post.

Taivan's size has been increased in Patch 10.2.7, and we have a detailed side-by-side comparison to showcase the changes.
As you might recall, Blizzard reduced Taivan's size on April 9, which led to a significant uproar among the community. Blizzard later explained that this reduction was temporary and that Taivan's size would be restored with Patch 10.2.7.
So we went on the 10.2.7 PTR and compared both the live version of the mount to that coming in Dark Heart!
      Patch 10.2.6 Size

      Patch 10.2.7 Size
As you can see the goodest of good bois is finally back to its former glory!
