Frost Dk Needs help for rotation and other thing

Hey guys, i make this post because i've tried many ways to increase my dps, which is about 40-45k with 495 iLvl or so~, I've tried Icy-Veins rotation, Noxxic rotation, but none of those works for me or at least i do them wrong.

Looking at your gear, you need to fix a few things. You are way over hit and expertise caps, which is wasted stats. You are missing gems, including a meta in your helm, which makes a big difference. In addition, you have many unenchanted items, and while glyphs may not have a big impact on dps, it is still advisable to have them for better utility. 

 

To fix your dps, we need to see your playstyle, which means we need logs.

That link goes to Zagam's amazing guide on setting up and utilizing the Warcraftlogs program that we here at IV prefer to use for all of our performance analysis. Worldoflogs is a similar program, but it is far more limited and outdated, so we don't advise using it.

 

If you can get logs of you in an LFR, preferably on a single target fight (Iron Juggernaut or Malkorok), we will be happy to figure out where you can improve and get your dps up to a better level. Also keep in mind gear DOES impact your numbers, and you have a lot of room to improve that as well, so don't be discouraged.

also a 450 weapon will easily cut your dps in half compared to even just a 502 or 528 LFR weapon. 2H frost is hugely reliant on weapon damage. like 4x more than any other stat.

 

edit:

- missing a meta gem,

- I don't see a single enchant on anything. I understand if you don't want to spend the money because you may upgrade the gear soon, I do the same thing on most of my alts, but you can't complain about dps if you don't have any enchants

- Your weapon isn't runeforged (fallen crusader), that's completely free so there's no reason not to do it, even on a 450 weapon.

 

Oh also, just as an FYI because most guides don't cover lower ilvl's anymore. Haste gems are better than crit for 2H until you get to at least around 80% haste.

Thanks for replying, i'll read the guide for logs then i'll post them here, Thanks storm for the advice about the runeforging, i thought i couldn't runeforge it since it was a BoA weapon.
