Fisherman Profession

To begin training the Fisherman profession, start by purchasing a Fishing Spear from Melv's Fishing Supplies, located just off the east side of Town Square, south of the Guard HQ. Once equipped, head to East Beach—where you previously gathered Brown Kelp for the Tutorial Quest—and spear fish 13 Mottled Flounder to reach level 2.

Fish Uses

Fish Uses At first, fish can primarily be sold to the fishmonger. However, check the information tab, as specific types are useful in different recipes and can be stored in the Ingredients Bank located within The Delectable Dab Kitchen, found at the back of The Delectable Dab Restaurant on Stone Street’s west side.

Fishing Enhancements

Once you have the resources, visit the Enchanter in Hopeport to enhance your fishing tools. Enchantments provide a permanent experience boost when gathering with a specific tool. The table below outlines the costs and benefits of each tool upgrade.
