General Comments
Prince Liam is a card with a very powerful effect that allows you completely change the pace of your deck. By exclusively transforming 1-Cost cards, provides aggressive decks the ability to transition into a more Mana efficient strategy if things do not go to plan.
Constructed Play
In Constructed, Prince Liam can be used as a contingency card in Aggro Paladin decks to create a new win condition if initial aggression is thwarted.
Arena
In Arena, Prince Liam is an above average card. The ability to greatly boost the value of 1-Cost card can be very powerful in Arena. However, most Arena decks to not draft a significant number of 1-Cost cards to benefit from the effect.
