The Mistwewaver is the healing specialisation of Monks, the most recently-added class in World of Warcraft.

Mistweaver Monks are, in many ways, highly atypical healers. They borrow certain concepts and mechanics from other healing classes, but manage to remain original, providing a fun playing experience.

A peculiarity of the Mistweaver playstyle is the need to be in melee range of the boss (or other hostile mobs) in order to reach maximum potential. Mistweavers are able to perform both single and AoE/multiple target healing roles, although they are much better suited at AoE/multiple target healing.

Mistweavers lack a wide array of buffs, cooldowns, and useful abilities. Despite this, we believe they are going to be a viable choice in any raid group.
