While some PvE gear can still be used in PvP, doing so is no longer a great benefit in Mists due to the introduction of PvP Power, which allow you to use PvP gear all the time without being at an disadvantage to higher item level PvE gear.

- Hit or Spirit (6% Hit Cap)
- Haste to 1 sec GCD soft cap
