Spreading Madness is a potentially powerful board clear, but its unreliability makes it a poor choice over the other numerous options that Walocks have available to them.

In Constructed there are many more consistent options for AoE than Spreading Madness, which makes it a poor choice for most decks.

Spreading Madness is no longer available in Arena.
