Subtlety Rogues currently provide very good single-target DPS, better than Combat Rogues and on par with Assassination Rogues. However, they lack proper AoE damage tools.

As is the case with all Rogues, Subtlety Rogues provide many utilities and crowd control abilities to your raid. They also have a variety of survival abilities that will always come in handy.
