I saw on someone elses post on a video they linked of a bar that displayed when an ability was about to come off cool down. It kind of reminded me of ddr or guitar hero if that helps. I believe the post was about rating their dps output. If anyone recognizes the addon I'd be super greatful if they posted it here.
