Heya, Legendary Artifacts will automatically be paired with the effect of a Secondary Artifact when they drop (with a few exceptions of unique Artifacts). Guest rensonthemove Report post Posted January 14, 2020 The anointments are not correct on this build, 200% melee after phaseslam does not stack. Better melee build is same skill trees, but get the 200% melee after phaseslam on your brawler ward, then get 300% weapon damage on redundant face puncher which does stack... Just long enough to phaseslam then melee Against bosses specifically (and the occasional tough badass/anointed) this is a good alternative choice to really maximise that damage.
