Lookin for a certain website

[JestersTear 1]

When I played a few years ago there used to be a web site that would not just give you best in slot for gear, but the top 20 or so items ranked so you could tell which piece was better than the other.  Does anyone remember the name of that site and does it still exist?  Thanks :-)
