New Guild not getting guild dungeon awards

Morning Folks. I'm a little bedazzled, I made new guild last night, and guildies have been teaming up to do dungeons and islands to try and gain the rewards, however they are not registering, They did approx. 4 Timewalking, 5 Mythic+0, and nothing has been awarded to the guild. They ran in teams of 4 Any ideas?
