Despite all the changes, blizz just cannot adress the issue with warriors... and it's making me angry. Ever since the artifact weapon hit live a huge portion of the warriors damage sources became passive bonus effects like bleeds from crits with bloodlust, stacking execute damage into ridiculous heights and so on and so forth.
I recently ran a few M+ dungeons to get an idea about the weight of each skill of the warriors dps and if I imagine losing essences and more importantly azerite traits I will lose about 25-35% of my overall damage output. There is no system which will soften this crash. With the edited talents and the loss of a few really important things like endless rage, carnage for the fury side or cleave replacing sweeping strike for arms, just doesn't cut it. The old talents were much needed and made the flow feel alright even without these ridiculous high secondary stats.

I honestly wish and hope that some dev might be smart enough to look into this and get an idea about the issue with warriors in general. We have little to no utility except for a good mobility and (at least as fury) a relatively decent self- sustain but for CC dungeons or raid cooldowns we just cannot provide enough therefore we need to even that out with pure damage. If you can bring a rogue or DH for CC and group support due to their utility, you should be able to justify bringing a warrior for smashing faces.

Every class/spec is frustrated with how they are balanced around the secondary systems of the expansion, because your class is incomplete until you acquire the right combination of buffs from the secondary systems. Even the classes that you perceive as more desirable to bring than yours feel that way about the secondary systems.

As to your specific concern about balancing damage vs utility, I agree that warriors need something given back to them, and my personal thought is that one thing that could be is  bringing back Concussion Blow and making it baseline, and rework Storm Bolt to replace it so that on that talent row you choose because increased mobility, increased self-healing, and turning your CC into a ranged CC, rather than choosing between the first two and whether you get a CC at all.

I've been playing quite a lot of fury in beta and on life today and I got a feeling that fury felt good. I was able to get to about 4-5k in small AoE Cleave with 3 to 4 mobs and to 3k dps single target, the problem is that this feels like some sort of cap. Whatever I try to do, even with bloodlust I cannot achieve more in beta and when DPS Classes like frost mages (Who are massively overtuned atm) and hunters basically let mob groups explode it just doesn't feel right.
It's not the skills but rather the weird choice of introducing new talents especially to fury and how their damage scales from abilities. Rampage hitting with an average of 800 per hit or 1.2 to 1.4k just isn't enough. Every other ability just serves as a fuel to use that more often.

I understand, I just felt like you guys should also have some utility returned. Because as you said, if you don't have a utility to bring to M+, then all you have is damage, and if your damage is at or below a class/spec with utility, its an easy choice and not in your favor.

The best utility we could have would be demo shout and shockwave as warrior baseline with improved versions for prot warrior. Or maybe even banners for group utility like shortened CC on the group, stun / fear immunity, or maybe some sort of banner which demoralizes the enemy, since there is some sort of veteran around the battlefield. It would fit the class fantasy while also serve a new design on utility not just "Press this for a stun."

The first thing that greets you as you enter Oribos after the Maw intro are two huge automatons/anima infused armors/whichever guardian construct form you want to call them. They're pretty imposing and give you a sense of otherworldliness, the Protector Captain in particular. Well, it turns out you just have to look a LITTLE closer and that facade falls apart.
Now that's one big head. So, is it time for the conspiracy theories that the Shadowlands are all a fraud and make with smoke and mirrors to deceive us? Did we REALLY kill N'Zoth or is this just one of his tricks?! Or maybe it's just a human model used for easier coding , and Blizzard didn't figure anyone would be crazy enough to look that close! But krabby_patty did and we thank them for it!

Fixed an issue where the fight event during the Rogue Order Hall Campaign quest “Picking A Fight” would sometimes not start. Master Cheng now deals appropriate damage while on the Monk quest, “Begin Your Training: Master Cheng.” Master Hight had a talk with Cheng about how many new monks were being battered, bruised, and literally set on fire within the Peak of "Serenity" and asked that he scale it back a bit. Did you always get slightly upset when Pelagos and Kleia would mount up on those cool flying lion-looking mounts in the Bastion quests and you couldn't? Well now you can! The Silverwind Larion has been found, or rather the way to get him has, as you'll "just" need to collect 50 tiny Anima Shards in Bastion.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be level 60 to see the shards you need to collect!

As Belivious677 pointed out, the WoW secret finding community has recently found the final 50th one, and you can find all their locations (and details on the hunt itself) in this google document, or they may have already been uploaded to the HandyNotes: Shadowlands addon as well (the creator put together the google doc as well), or they will be soon.

These aren't all of them so definitely check out the google doc for the full guide.
So once again, thanks to Belivious677 for pointing out the secret has been solved, to HandyNotes maker Zarillion for putting the search together and to the WoW secret finding discord for, well, finding the secret!

Blizzard have detailed what's been going on in relation to server stability and the long queues some servers are experiencing:
      (source)
Since shortly after the launch of Shadowlands, we’ve experienced some service issues that are negatively impacting gameplay on a small number of realms. In this region, we’ve been monitoring and working around the clock to solve these issues for:
Area 52 Frostmourne Illidan Stormrage Tichondrius We increased realm capacity to let more players than ever before into a single realm, but extreme demand on a few realms has exceeded even that capacity, so we have dialed down some of our earlier changes. We are trying to carefully balance service stability and accessibility, and exploring multiple avenues to get everyone online and playing smoothly.
This issue is our number one priority. We will continue to work to solve this as quickly as possible, and we will provide further updates as necessary.
Thank you very much for your patience.
