The first legendary requires a very low amount of Soul Ash, most of it is used to upgrade the item level of the item or get extra ones. Since you can choose your first legendary and can only one use, that's by far the most impactful one with the rest being mostly for off-specs and giggles ? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
