So the tool-tip displayed in the leveling guide is the maximum rank of the spell (rank 4) you can actually get Holy shock as soon as level 40 which is when I have it recommended, every so many levels you get a higher more powerful rank of the spell. The build in the leveling guide is basically a shockadin build, the only thing that you would maybe change is getting Improved Judgement out of the Retribution tree before putting any points in Prot but I think that's just personal preference. The only major diffenerence between Shockadin and regular Holy would be an emphasis on spell damage over bonus healing on your gear.
Guest holytrustme Report post Posted 21 hours ago SotC + it's judgement is used for LONG fights, elite NPCS or such, and even then you start your first attack with SotC + Judgement, not with SoR like your guide says, you got them mixed. SoR is you main seal, hence 5 points on Improved SoR (some might also go for 5/5 Spritual Focus) for somewhat minor bonus. If you going for group leveling / dungeon leveling more than solo leveling, I suggest first 5 talent points on Divine Intellect, but then move to Ret tree for 5 points on Improved Blessing of Might, tank and melee DPS will be happy with you on group! Like on your guide, for leveling you do not need Aura Mastery talent, +1 more talent point elsewhere.

On the leveling page for Holy Paladin that talent build doesn't take Aura Mastery, so possible you might be looking at the build recommended for dungeons/raids? And improved Blessing of Might is definitely solid if you find yourself consistently playing with melee dps in a group, totally agree but think the talents especially early in the Holy tree will help the leveling process along.
