Does nobody use Wolfshead Helm as a bear pre-pull, then switch back to a useful helm before charging?

So what would the macro be to equip Wolfshead, shift to bear and then equip a mit/threat helm?

I do it with the ItemRack addon, basically swap to my Feral DPS set (which has Wolfshead) shift to bear, and change back to the Feral Tanking set. You can assign hotkeys to these swaps so its pretty simple! Have the addon listed on the addons page 🙂
