Check out new UI features in Warlords of Draenor!

As you may have seen in our recent preview of the upcoming Toy Box UI, Blizzard is adding new UI features to improve the gameplay experience. There are quite a few new UI changes coming in the Warlords of Draenor expansion, some minor and some major, including substantial improvements to existing UI. We wanted to spotlight some more of these UI changes in this article! For starters, there are upcoming improvements to the player's bag system, which will now allow for auto-assignment of items and sorting. The bank has seem sone love, too, with the addition of a new, 98-slot "Reagent Bank" tab. This tab can be used to store tradeskill reagent items, and most tradeskill reagents will now stack to up to 200. In addition, items can now be crafted using reagents stored in the bank! If all this wonderful new storage wasn't enough, Blizzard has also added a second tab to the void storage, offering an additional 80 slots of storage! Blizzard has also added a new target outline mode that gives your target a green glow on mouseover or target. Read on to check out new screenshots and information on these upcoming UI features!

Bag Changes

The current bag system has been improved to now offer sorting as well as auto-filtering for specific loot types. There are quite a few addons which offer this functionality, and unfortunately Blizzard's options are a tad limited in comparison. It's definitely a step in the right direction for those players who prefer using separate bags rather than one of the many all-in-one bag addons. Items filtering can be assigned to each different bag, and players can choose between Equipment, Consumables, Trade Goods and Junk. Selecting a filter for a bag will automatically assign items of this type to a specific bag. A bag "Clean Up" button has also been added to the primary backpack, which will automatically sort all items (except for bags for which the "Ignore this bag" option has been selected).

Bank Changes

The in-game bank's core UI has not seen any changes, and it doesn't look like the automatic assignment feature has made its away into the bank. The aforementioned Cleanup option is present, which will automatically sort the bank's contents across all of the bags. The bank also sees the addition of a new "Reagent Bank" tab. This new tab is a full 98 slot bank inventory which allows for storage of reagent items. Most all reagent items will now stack up to 200 and (most importantly) items can now be crafted using "banked" reagents! However, looted reagents will not automatically go to the Reagent Bank and must be manually deposited.

Void Storage Changes

More Void Storage slots! That's all there is to say about the upcoming change to Void Storage. There is now an additional tab to Void Storage which offers players an additional 80 slots of storage. So far, on the Alpha realms, this tab is automatically unlocked when Void Storage access is purchased, but they could always add a gold price to unlock this additional tab in a later build.

Outline Mode

A new visibility mode has been added to the Interface > Display menu, which now displays a green glow on characters which are being moused over or targeted. While a minor feature, this should go far with visibility and will definitely aid with questing! Friendly targets glow green, aggressive targets glow red, neutral targets Glow yellow, and characters that are not flagged for PVP glow blue. In addition to the new targeting glow, all quest items and nodes will now feature a yellow glow, which displays regardless of whether or not the node has been moused over. This will be a most substantial upgrade for gathering professions, as they don't benefit from the sparkles the way quest items do.

We have confirmation that the only way to get the World Boss mounts in Mists of Pandaria Remix is via Bronze!

Telinastus: In Remix, yes. But don’t forget that you can go pummel those same bosses on your Dragonflight characters.
A basic rule-of-thumb for Remix is: quests drop their original loot, but bosses do not.

We have an almost quad-feature in the hotfixes today, as retail, Remix and Cataclysm Classic have quite a few improvements, and even Season of Discovery sneaks in with one! From trinket changes in 10.2.7 to cloak achievement and Yak Fur fixes in Remix, class adjustments and double BG honor in Cata, there's plenty to see.

Neltharus Fixed an issue where canceling Dragon Strike using invisibility will lead to Chargath not casting Grounding Chain. Items
Fixed an issue where Augury of the Primal Flame would not proc certain effects such as Seal of Diurna's Chosen and Seal of Filial Duty. Fixed an issue where Tome of Unstable Power could proc from non-class spell effects such as self-damage from Vessel of Searing Shadow. Player versus Player
Victories in Solo Shuffle now reward 5 crests (was 3) and victories in Rated 2v2 and Rated 3v3 Arenas now reward 2 crests (was 1). WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria
Mini Mana Bomb (Horde) and Theramore Tabard (Alliance) are now available from Horos at any Infinite Bazaar for players who have completed Theramore's Fall for their given faction on any Timerunner. Dungeon speed runs in MoP Remix are getting crazier, with two players completing the Temple of the Jade Serpent in under 30 and 29 seconds, respectively!
SecurePesto has finished Temple of the Jade Serpent with their Level 20 Monk under 30 seconds, beating the previous dungeon record by  nearly 16 seconds.
However, the run didn't get unnoticed, and ConzilF2P's asnwer was in the form of a run that took a little over 28 seconds. It's kind of crazy to see what the folks can do with their Level 20 twinks in MoP Remix!
