Blizzard have posted an update with the issues they're working to improve on the Diablo 4 Beta.
Known Issues (Source)
Hello everyone -
Diablo IV Open Beta has begun and we want to thank everyone for jumping back into the world of Sanctuary. These beta tests are a crucial part of our development and help us make the game experience better for everyone as we head toward launch in June. Today, we have seen more players than ever log into the game. We are excited to see all the enthusiasm about the game and the two new available classes for testing (Druid & Necromancer) this weekend.
We want to provide an update on some of the major items the team is currently working on after the start of Open Beta earlier this morning.
We are looking at an issue where players disconnect from the game and are unable to rejoin after disconnecting. This is tied to a few other items that players are experiencing such as party errors and some network performance issues in-game. There is an issue where Windows 11 users may run into a crash upon alt-tabbing while in Fullscreen. We do have a workaround for that and it is located here on this thread 4. Some users are also experiencing issues with in-game voice dialogue. A workaround for this issue is for users to leave the game and go into their game settings and adjust language settings to English. English is currently the only available language available for voice dialogue in beta. We will have other languages available in the final game. Beyond this list, the team is working on many other reported items and capturing them so we can address them either during beta or before launch.
As we noted earlier this week, we do expect queue times this weekend while we manage the flow of players in-game as we tackle these issues. We expect queue times to fluctuate depending on the time of day and traffic depending on where you are located. There may be a time where we need to take the servers down to perform maintenance and to push out an update. We will make sure to notify the community beforehand when and if that occurs.
We will continue providing updates either later this evening or tomorrow morning (PDT) once we have additional information.
Thank you again for the enthusiasm and feedback as we help bring Diablo IV to everyone come June.

NVIDIA released a new driver for Diablo 4. Make sure to download it ahead of today's Beta!
Some players took to Reddit and the official forums to report issues with their graphic cards during Diablo 4 Early Access. The problem primarily affected Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards.
Please note this isn't Diablo 4 causing issues, but a game exposing manufacturing faults. We saw something similar with New World back when the game launched.
Anyway, we always recommend downloading the latest drivers to ensure smooth gameplay and the latest one from NVIDIA specifically targets Diablo 4!

After last week's Early Access beta we wanted to round up some of the useful tips that came up during play, from certain features of the game you might miss, to how certain mechanics work etc. Most of these come from the Diablo 4 community or are just things I noticed myself, so let's get started.
There will be queues at the very least on day 1, so log in earlier than you actually plan on playing. You can immediately exit a dungeon by using the "Leave Dungeon" option on the emote/action wheel (bound to "E" by default). You can also click on the exit icon on the map to do the same thing. If you don't pick up a legendary item, it will be sent to your stash so maybe check in on the stash every once in a while (especially at max level). You can right click anywhere on the map and it will create a waypoint for you which you can follow on the minimap. The Butcher boss randomly spawns in dungeons (and reportedly in cellars as well, but that's unconfirmed) and will leave either after he kills you or after a while fighting you. He can also drop the only Unique quality item in the beta. You can move the UI to the left of the screen in the Gameplay options menu. Don't forget to turn on the Advanced Tooltip Compare and Advanced Tooltip Information in the Gameplay section of the options if you want to more easily compare stats on your items. You can craft XP boosting elixirs (5%) in town at the alchemist. You can use emotes on some of the shrines in the open world to get a buff. Which emote to use will be hinted at by a sign next to the shrine. You can download new Nvidia drivers for the beta that came out very recently. Once you get one character to level 20, you will get the Wolf Pup cosmetic unlocked for the full game release. You can find maps for the Legendary Aspects here and the Altars of Lilith here. You can check out the official FAQ/Beta guide article here, which includes the official start times (you can already pre-download it here).
You can also check out our leveling builds here, with the Necromancer and Druid coming soon as well. And finally, let's have another look at the game's intro cinematic, "By Three They Come":
