You are very limited on points during the pre-patch and it is difficult to give up anything else for those points. Juggernaut can be dropped if you want, and depending on your expertise rating you can give up Weapon Mastery points as well. Trauma isn't needed if someone else is applying a similar debuff, but it will be a slight DPS loss on trash to not have it. It would be nice to have Improved Mortal Strike during the pre-patch since it goes together well with the 4-set bonus t6, but it is hard to get.
