Hi, If you are referring to the campaign quest, it will automatically be in your Quest Log as soon as you finish the Pre-Patch Elemental Invasion Question. Stormwind -- near Boralus Harbor when you finish the first pre-patch quest, Orgrimmar -- near Orgrimmar Docks where the ship to the Dragon Isles departs. As a tank, I found it thrilling to tank last boss Chrono-Lord Deios in this little half circle area at the fence of his area (cf. screenshot).
