The quest called A Dark Summons should automatically appear in your Quest Log when you first log in to the game in Patch 10.1.5. Completing the quest unlocks all 3 imp customization options. I've updated the guide with more details. Alliance players need to go to the Mage Tower and seek out Phineas, Horde players must meet him in the Cleft of Shadows in Orgrimmar.
