World of Warcraft®: The War Within enhanced boost

Hi there, 

I have a question about "World of Warcraft : The War Within enhanced boosted", I wonder if it will adapt to season 4 or if it will be stuck at season 3? 

I haven't bought it yet and plan to return to the game, I'm wondering if I wait until the start of season 4 and buy the new expansion, will the boost be up to the ilvl of the new season?

Does anyone have an answer?
