What is a good duration for Breath of Syndragosa?

I played this new dk Breath for a couple weeks yet I dont figure how long a breath must be to be a good cast, my averages are arrownd 20-24 seconds but my personal best is 32s. Is that good? It should be longer? How can i make it longer?
