How to get more powerful at level 70

Hello,

How can I become more powerful at level 70? I can currently complete Torment 2 Rifts with my seasonal barbarian, but I feel like I'm about to hit a wall. My DPS hasn’t improved in quite a while.

What steps can I take to get stronger at level 70 and progress to higher Torment and rift levels?

Is it a matter of grinding Paragon levels, leveling legendary gems, acquiring set gear, and utilizing the Kanai Cube? Or would it be better to focus on grinding bounty caches for recipes and materials?

It feels like a long and slow process, and my DPS isn’t improving at all. I can’t see myself completing anything in Torment IV anytime soon to finish the season.
