Default UI Buff Bars bug with bestial wrath and dark ranger?

[Critocalypse 2]

I setup my bars with bestial wrath and withering fire at the top. What I have noticed is with pack leader, the bestial wrath bar shows up as soon as I hit the button. With dark ranger? It doesn't show up until AFTER i cast wailing arrow. If I just cast bestial wrath and sit there watching the bars the bestial wrath bar never shows up.  It makes trying to hold your wailing arrow until 7 sec left on bestial rather hard to do. Any buff bar addon recommendations that will show the proper bars or is this a bug/intended?
