What is the Forgotten Hall?

The Forgotten Hall is a challenging, multistage game mode. It is divided into two parts: Memory and Memory of Chaos. Memory includes 15 stages and offers one time rewards like Stellar Jade, with later levels requiring two separate teams of up to four characters. Memory of Chaos, which unlocks after completing the Jarilo-VI stages, contains more difficult battles and resets periodically, allowing you to earn additional Stellar Jade. Players are rated from 0 to 3 stars per stage based on how quickly enemies are defeated, with better rewards given for higher ratings.

Completing bonus objectives such as finishing within a limited number of cycles and avoiding character knockouts can provide extra rewards like EXP materials, Credits, and Lucent Afterglow. Equilibrium Levels do not affect stage difficulty or rewards, and you are restricted from changing your team setup, upgrading characters, or using consumables during attempts.

How do you Unlock the Forgotten Hall?

To unlock the Forgotten Hall you will need to complete the mission "Fleeting Lights" which becomes available after a message from Pom Pom upon reaching Trailblaze 21.

You can locate this mission in the Astral Express Parlor Car by speaking with Pom Pom. Once the Fleeting Lights mission is completed you will receive these mission rewards:

  • Sparse Aether - x3
  • Credits - x2,000

What is Memory Turbulance?

Memory Turbulence is a unique mechanic in the Forgotten Hall that introduces special effects influencing battles such as increasing physical DMG by all allies. These effects can either support your team or empower enemies, depending on the stage. Each stage features a different turbulence effect, encouraging you to tailor your team setup to both the stage mechanics and the enemy lineup.

In the Memory of Chaos, all stages within a single rotation share the same turbulence effect. This effect changes with each cycle, adding variety and requiring you to adapt your strategy. Rewards for Memory of Chaos also refresh each cycle, offering recurring incentives.

The Last Vestiges of Towering Citadel (Jarilo)

The Last Vestiges of Towering Citadel is the initial mode available in the Forgotten Hall. In stages 1 to 4, players face a single wave of enemies using one team. From stage 5, two enemy waves must be defeated, and starting at stage 11, players are required to deploy two separate teams to handle enemies divided into two Nodes. At this point, the turn limit extends from 20 to 30 cycles. Completing this mode unlocks access to both The Voyage of Navis Astriger and Memory of Chaos.
