The ranking system is as follows:

1. S Tier: The strongest and most generally useful trinkets; these are always good choices.
2. A Tier: These trinkets are slightly weaker than the S Tier traits but are still solid choices.
3. B Tier: These trinkets are likely not worth wearing unless they are the best you have available at the time compared to S or A-tier trinkets.

Due to the large number of trinkets available, if you can not find a trinket in the list below, it is safe to assume that said trinket is worse than the available options on this list.

Loom'ithar's Living Silk - While this trinket is fairly low on the list for overall HPS contribution, being an fairly large EHP increase trinket on a shorter cooldown, it can provide strong value in Mythic+ specifically.

Nexus-King's Command is a very powerful, but complicated trinket to use correctly. As this trinket acts as a pseudo-on-use trinket, if you want something simpler to use, stick to Lily of the Eternal Weave.

This trinket only triggers from Flash Heal and Defensive Penance casts (as well as from Twinsight), meaning you have a lot of control over when you actually trigger the proc to gain the Intellect buff.

Oath-Bound is a debuff applied to a random person in your group/raid once every 30 seconds. This debuff can be active on multiple players at once, allowing you to "store" the effect until you need it by not casting the above spells on those targets until you want to trigger the effect. In Raid, all currently active Oath-Bound debuffs on allies will be removed on encounter start. If you have a very early damage event happening, make sure to proc this effect before the pull by casting one of the spells on an affected player to start the encounter with the Intellect buff. Triggering multiple Oath-Bound debuffs in a row will not result in multiple active buffs, it will instead simply extend the duration of the active buff to its maximum pandemic-duration.

In Raid, when running this trinket as Oracle, you will simply replace the Renew cast between the double Premonition casts with a Flash Heal targeted on an Oath-Bound ally instead. This will proc the effect directly before your burst window begins. Keep in mind that since this does force a specific target requirement for who you are Flash Healing, you will need to go back to casting a full 20 Atonements (6 renews instead of 5) before the Evangelism cast as you cannot fully control who the Power Word: Radiance Atonements will jump to. As Voidweaver in Raid, you would simply cast a flash heal directly before your Mind Blast cast.

As for dungeon content, the biggest issue when using this trinket for Oracle is Twinsight. The odds of a Twinsight bolt hitting an Oath-Bound ally and consuming the buff at random is much higher than in raid. When you look at this trinket from an average stats perspective instead of a pseudo-on-use trinket, it quickly becomes less valuable. When playing Voidweaver, the trinket is thankfully much easier to control as there are no random Twinsight bolts. This allows you good control over the timing of the proc, making it a very strong trinket for Voidweaver but not Oracle in dungeons.

The debuff on your allies is Oath-Bound and has the SpellID 1239997.

With the release of patch 11.2, Reshii Wraps is a new cloak added as part of the campaign. This cloak will be worn throughout the season. For information in regards to what stats to use on this cloak via the socket available, please refer to our Stat page for a better understanding of what secondary stats to target based on your current Hero Tree selection.

There are also two items that drop in Manaforge Omega that directly interact with this cloak. Interloper's Silken Striders, boots that drop from The Soul Hunters, directly increase the strength of your cloaks effect. These boots will always be worn if you have them. Band of the Shattered Soul, a ring that drops off Dimensius The All Devouring, has an effect that has its proc rate and effect tied to your cloak as well. While this effect is not massive, it is strong enough to be considered best in slot if you have it.

With the release of patch 11.1.7, a new belt, the Durable Information Securing Container, will be available via Delves. By venturing into Delves you will be able to acquire this item after a short questline.

For Patch 11.2, you will continue to wear this belt until you have an alternative of at least item level 707 or above. The belt has a variety of procs/bonuses that can be applied to it. Switching between the bonuses and procs is very simple. You can simply right-click the item and choose a new bonus. We recommend utilizing the following bonuses:

• Oracle - Critical Chain
• Voidweaver - Spark Burst
• Alternative Option - Cauterizing Bolts at lower gear levels or in lower difficulty content. The raw stat procs will pull ahead in higher HPS scenarios.

Embellishments are special effects that are either found on crafted pieces by default or can be added to crafted pieces during the crafting process. A character can have two embellishments equipped at any time.

We are currently recommending crafting the following two embellishments:

• Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension
• Writhing Armor Banding

• Darkmoon Sigil: Symbiosis
• Writhing Armor Banding (or Binding of Binding if you value group benefit over personal)

With your second Spark becoming available in Week 2 of the season, we highly recommend not spending your first Spark in week 1. Instead, wait until you have access to your second Spark and have opened your first Vault of the season. As your primary priority early season is to get access to a Mythic Weapon, what you do with your first few Sparks will depend on whether or not you get a staff from your Vault.

If you receive a Mythic 2-handed staff in your first vault, take that Weapon and then use your Spark to either craft a Binding of Binding for group benefit or any high-budget armor slot (Chest/Legs/Head/etc) with a Dawnthread Lining on it. Keep in mind the Dawnthread Lining here is incredibly low value, but with a weapon from Vault, you do not have access to Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension or Darkmoon Sigil: Symbiosis, so simply crafting high budget pieces will be your best bet.

If you do not receive a Mythic 2-handed staff in your first vault, use both Sparks to craft a Mythic 2-handed staff with either Ascension for Raid or Symbiosis for M+. Your future sparks can either be used on a Binding of Binding for group benefit or a high-budget armor piece with Writhing Armor Banding to double the effect of your weapon embellishments. Once again, with any high-budget slot crafts, be aware of the potential added difficulty of completing your tier set bonuses.

Keep in mind, when crafting in potential tier set slots, consider the possible impact on completing your set bonuses.
