This is what I'm working with. Keep in mind, I'm a casual raider, but I would like to see improvement.

Immo uptime - bad. More than 95% is optimal
Only one pot. Don't be greedy.
Avoid spending Backdraft on CBs.
Otherwise, decent for singletarget.
It's not the best case for Destro, though, as you work with no Havocs and no Shadowburns.
