Archimonde DPS is just kinda garbage - Destro

Hey folks! So, I've been a bit stumped about my performance on Archimonde. I usually don't have so much trouble keeping up, but being last week after week is killing my pride!

 

I don't seem to have the same performance issues on other bosses outside of Mannoroth and Archimonde, so maybe I'm just missing something completely in the fray of these encounters?

 

Anyway, I would greatly appreciate some outside opinions here and maybe have a discussion about something you may find that I'm just not seeing.

Compare yourself to the other lock in your group.  He's got 5 iLvls on you, which is pretty big especially depending on which items are different (i.e. weapons and trinkets = more power; chest/head/legs have higher stats, etc)

 

Your casts/actions are pretty similar with respect to chaos bolt and shadowburn - so that's good.  

 

Some of the key differences I'm seeing though:  His immolate uptime is 88%, yours is 69%;  He keeps the Flamelicked debuff (class trinket) up for 85%, yours is 63%.  He used a 2nd potion with TW, you didn't use a 2nd potion.  He got 2.36M out of Nithramus, you only got 1M (i.e. He's doing more damage during the ring proc).
