I just read the rogue combat guide and there is saying that "with the same item level use the following options..." but my question is, IF my weapons has different item levels, what should I do? for single and multi-target scenarios. Thanks in advance!

You should always be picking weapons with the higher Item Level for your offhand, and the highest possible Weapon Damage for your mainhand
