There have been a number of feedback posts on the Alpha forums detailing planned changes for classes in Legion. Tonight has also seen an update announcing the release of Skirmishes on the Alpha!

The first blue post comes from Desvin announcing the release of Skirmishes over on the Alpha. It seems they have made sure that healers can only queue into 3v3 matches in order to avoid the lengthy heal/tank vs. heal/tank matches that will no doubt occur.

Blizzard Icon Desvin on Skirmishes

We've opened up Skirmishes for testing on Alpha. Please keep in mind that Skirmishes have changed in Legion. Healers will only be placed in 3v3 matches while DPS and Tanks may find themselves in either 2v2 or 3v3 matches. Good luck and have fun!

In other news on the forums, we've seen a number of posts put out for different classes over the Alpha feedback forums. We're going to condense these into one large post below, but you can find the individual source links at the bottom of each post.

Blizzard Icon Planned Class Changes for Legion

Blood Death Knight Feedback

While they didn’t make it in in time for today’s Alpha build, we’d like to share some upcoming changes so you can keep these in mind for feedback. Death and Decay’s cooldown will be halved for Blood, providing more reliable AoE damage/threat. Blood Strike will apply a snare. Lastly, Death Strike’s healing will be going up, and will be based off a slightly shorter slice of time (significant net buff overall). Keep up the constructive feedback, thanks!

Survival Hunter Feedback

Several changes are coming regarding traps that didn’t make it in in time for today’s Alpha build. Traps will no longer share a cooldown, and their cooldowns are being significantly lowered. Additionally, many trap talents had placeholder damage numbers, and are being fixed to actually do respectable damage. Explosive Trap’s baseline damage is also going up massively, such that it’ll be worth using even against a single target. Keep these changes in mind, and continue giving us constructive feedback, thanks!

Fire Mage Feedback

Undoubtedly, Phoenix Flames has dominated the feedback about Fire Mages. We’ve heard you, and have had plans to change it, just hadn’t gotten a chance to do so yet. We wanted to let you know that it will be changing, so that hopefully you all can focus on discussing any other concerns/feedback about Fire. The current plan is that it will become its own separate active button, with up to 3 charges (45sec recharge), and a proc on Ignite tick to generate an additional charge. In the next build, you should be able to give that a try. Thanks!

Enhancement Shaman Feedback

A few notable changes are coming soon but didn’t make it in in time for today’s Alpha build, but you can keep these in mind when giving feedback. Several talents are going to swap places to create more better choices among their talent row. Also, Spiritual Resonance and Fist of Stone are being replaced with two new talents. One will add a proc to make your next Lava Lash free and double damage. The other will replace Rockbiter with a stronger ability with charges and a short recharge time. This will provide a non-GCD-locked playstyle option, if you prefer that combat style. Keep up the constructive feedback, thanks!

Destruction Warlock Feedback

A couple important changes didn’t make it in in time for today’s Alpha build, but we wanted to share now, to help guide feedback. Grimoire of Supremacy’s effect is being replaced with the Demonic Servitude effect (permanent Doomguard/Infernal), and Demonic Servitude is being replaced with a new passive talent, Soul Conduit, which causes each Soul Shard you spend to have a chance to be immediately refunded (chance rolled individually per Soul Shard). Thanks for all the constructive feedback, and keep it coming!

Affliction Warlock Feedback

A couple important changes didn’t make it in in time for today’s Alpha build, but we wanted to share now, to help guide feedback. Grimoire of Supremacy’s effect is being replaced with the Demonic Servitude effect (permanent Doomguard/Infernal), and Demonic Servitude is being replaced with a new passive talent, Soul Conduit, which causes each Soul Shard you spend to have a chance to be immediately refunded (chance rolled individually per Soul Shard).

Additionally, there’s another change coming, specific to Affliction’s artifact. Souls for the artifact will no longer be targetable units; they will instead be just a soul that appears when you kill an enemy, plus occasionally escaping from the artifact. The artifact’s active button will consume all of the nearby souls, and grant you the buff for 5sec per soul consumed. No more targeting/killing souls required.

Thanks for all the constructive feedback, and keep it coming!

Blizzard posted an explanation on battle pet updates in the most recent Beta Build 26707.
      TL;DR:
A new currency (Polished Pet Charm) has been added so that players don't feel obliged to do old content. Pet Charms are now called Shiny Pet Charms and they can be acquired by doing pre-BfA battle pet content. Ultimate Battle-Training Stones now cost 60 Shiny Pet Charms (up from 45). The developers previously talked about battle pet philosophies and battle pet changes in Battle for Azeroth.
      Blizzard (Source)
      Update--

You'll notice in today's new Beta update that battle pet currency has changed. Here are the main changes: Pet Charms will be named Shiny Pet Charms. Shiny Pet Charms continue to be acquired by doing pre-BFA battle pet content. A new currency has been added -- Polished Pet Charms. These are acquired by doing BFA content, such as Pet Battle World Quests. Vendors that sell battle pet items that are always useful have had their wares changed to require new Polished Pet Charms as currency. For example, the vendor Serr’ah in Dalaran now wants the new Polished Pet Charms. Similar vendors who sell such items have had their costs adjusted as well. Vendors that sell things like unique pets or toys that have always required Shiny Pet Charms will still require Shiny Pet Charms. For example, Giada Goldleash in Dalaran will still sell all of her pets and toys for Shiny Pet Charms. The Pocket Pet Portal item, which was an achievement reward for completing 30 of the Pet Battle World Quests on the Broken Isles, will be added to a vendor with a Polished Pet Charm cost. This is to avoid players feeling obligated to farm previous expansion’s world quests. You can do current content to catch yourself up. This is coming in a future Beta build. Ultimate Battle-Training Stones are going to have their cost increased from 45 to 60 Pet Charms. What this means for you: always-useful items will eventually move to the new currency, so you don't feel obligated to do older content. If you still need pets from older content, they are purchasable with that content's charms.

      Spend those charms!
