ahh so when i get my 6k valor thats when ill get the prismatic thank u very much

Yes, do the 6k VP grind, then win a couple of battlegrounds (Silvershard Mines and Temple of Kotmogu), kill a boss in Krasarang Wilds (120Mil HP, hits like a truck, have at least 1 tank 1 heal 3 DPS), then yey you get a prismatic socket.

Here's another question, is it possible to put the prismatic socket into non sha touched weapons, and if so can you remove and re add it to new weapons?

Yes, it is possible to place it into ToT weapons (mage in my team got staff from Horridon I think, and 5 min later it had a prismatic socket on top of the normal blue socket), and no, you cannot remove it from the original weapon, but you can buy a new one from a NPC hanging around near Wrathion in the tavern (Think it goes for around 2.5k if you are Revered with Black Prince, and 2k if you are exalted, not sure that's the actual price but somewhere in that area).
