The details for the Patch 2.4.1 Season are out now!

Let's begin by saying this: Patch 2.4.1 is extremely likely to drop this week (Tuesday is the most realistic candidate), prior to the start of Season 6. Season 6 begins one week from today, with a start time of April 29th @ 5pm PDT in the US, 5:00pm CEST in Europe, and 5:00pm KST for Asia.

That out of the way, Nevalistis of the Diablo community team has published a fast and dirty Season 6 guide. The details about changes from last season to this season are laid out, and the picture of the the Season Journey for the sixth season is now complete.

The rewards for Haedrig's Gift are as follows:

  • Inna's Mantra for Monks
  • Embodiment of the Marauder for Demon Hunters
  • Armor of Akkhan for Crusaders
  • Delsere's Magnum Opus for Wizards
  • The Legacy of Raekor for Barbarians
  • Zunimassa's Haunt of Witch Doctors

The objectives required to receive the three gifts to complete the set are as follows:

  • Chapter IV: Complete a Greater Rift Level 20 solo.

The new or returning Seasonal Conquests are now available to consider. The list this season will be as follows (Softcore/Hardcore):

  • On a Good Day/I Can't Stop (Level three Legendary Gems to level 65)
  • Boss Mode/World's Apart (Kill various bosses listed within 20 minutes of a game start on Torment X at max level)

Last but not least, here is a sneak peek at the rewards for Season 6, although this was curiously absent from the Official Post:

Well, that is pretty much a majority of the information! If you want to head over to the original post on Battle.net, you may find it here.

We also remind readers that our Diablo III build guides are currently in the process of being updated by our resident Diablo expert, Deadset! Some already reflect the 2.4.1 changes, and all will be updated prior to the start of the Season.

      Hi all!
New set item is better than the old one or the item's sinergy don't work well with the old set items? I know, my question is strange, but what is the common opinion? I know all the patch notes have info for set item changes, old ones have the new set stats, all set item is up-to-date in normal.
But my Akkhan Crusader build is not working well. I have a new  Frydehr's Wrath & Blade of Prophecy . I have 1892paragon, have a good gear, good stats, right skills+passives, high leg.gems, cube is ok, caldesans etc. My dps is almost 4mill, but the solo 104 is my maximum (in a very good gr map).
New ones is better like old ones? This is possible? Anyone in same feeling?

An exploit involving the Legendary item Bone Ringer was recently discovered and as a result, Blizzard has temporarily disabled its Legendary power until a hotfix goes live and corrects the issue.

      Hey all,

We recently investigated reports of an issue involving Bone Ringer. As a result, we will be temporarily disabling the item’s Legendary power until a hotfix can be prepared to correct the issue. We will update this thread once the hotfix is live.

Special thanks to the players who reported this, and to everyone for their patience as we work on a fix.

Blizzard fixed an issue with the crafting recipe for Wirt's Leg, which is available from the anniversary event. Using the recipe will correctly produce a Legendary item which yields a unique material when salvaged.
The portal to Old Tristram is now open and the event ends January 30. Don't forget to check out Deadset's detailed anniversary guide.

      Hey all,

We recently hotfixed a bug affecting the crafting recipe for Wirt's Leg. With this change, using the recipe will correctly produce a Legendary (rather than Magic) item which yields a unique material when salvaged. Old versions of the item will salvage into Arcane Dust instead.

If you’ve already given the Wirt’s Leg recipe to Haedrig, it will still appear to be a Magic item in your crafting list, but crafting a new one will yield a Legendary item as intended.

Thanks for your patience while we investigated this issue!
