wow Warcraft Movie: High-Res Stills, BTS Interviews and Video, Movie Clips & Reactions

We have an excellent selection of Warcraft movie news today! There were private screenings of the movie the day before yesterday, so we already have some reviews and - most importantly - four movie clips! We will also cover some interviews and some high resolution stills from the movie.

 

First of all, Collider has some high resolution stills from the movie. Most of these images have already been released before and we talked about a couple of them in a previous article, but now we get to see them in the best quality. We have included two of them below (plus the header image), while you can see the rest in the Collider article.

 

 

 

 

Let's move behind the scenes now! There is a YouTube video playlist with short interviews with some of the cast of the movie, director Duncan Jones and some producers. You can find the playlist here. A video from some BTS action was also uploaded on YouTube, but it was taken down afterwards. Luckily, you can find it uploaded on Facebook.

 

In addition, Travis Fimmel had another interview with The Red Bulletin. The interview focuses more on the actor, who you may also know from his role in TV hit series Vikings. Fimmel - who is portraying one of Warcraft's protagonists, Anduin Lothar - admits that he had never heard of World of Warcraft prior to landing this role. Now, let's move on to the most exciting part of this article. Comicbook.com has released a video with four clips from the movie! The first one involves an amusing scene with Medivh, Khadgar and Lothar; the second one is an exciting fighting scene of an Orc ambush led by Blackhand to Lothar and his soldiers; the third one involves King Llane and Lothar asking for Garona's help; and the last one is Durotan and Orgrim Doomhammer discussing their options. Lastly, as we've already said, there was a private screening of the movie the day before yesterday. While some people can't talk about it until May 30, others said that they didn't have to sign an NDA. At any case, several reactions/reviews have already popped up and Redditor AMElolzz has made a compilation of all of them. In short, people praised particularly the CGI and the Orc performances, while the movie was well received overall. We can't wait to see it ourselves!
