Can Bastion Overgrown skin be purchased?

I'm wondering if those who have bought Overwatch, but not the Origins Editions, can obtain Bastion Overgrown (or any of the other skins from that edition). Can anyone help me with that one?

When I check Bastion in-game I can see the Overgrown skin but there is no price visible and it just says 'unlocked with purchse of overwatch: origins edition'.

So i guess no, they can not (without getting origins).

Thanks. Clicking the skin should take you to a screen where you can purchase the Origins Edition. Does it prompt you to pay the whole sum or just the difference from the standard edition?
