The previously announced change to how ties will be broken in competitive play, with players now needing to capture at least 33% of a point for the system to take effect, was implemented today, along with some fixes to the Uprising brawl and Game Browser, as well as Genji's Dragonblade getting a few adjustments and more bug fixes.
It also seems that the patch added a pretty serious bug, making Blizzard disable D.Va in all regions for the moment:

On Assault and Assault/Escort Maps, teams now need to capture at least 33% of the objective before the tie-breaking system is activated Developer Comments: When the new tie-breaking system was implemented on April 11, 2017, teams only needed to capture 1% to trigger the system. This occasionally resulted in confusing situations when games would end without a lot of information about how the point was captured, due to the brief capture time. To alleviate this problem, we’re requiring that teams progress past 33% before the tie-breaking system begins tracking progress. If neither team manages to cross 33%, the match will end in a draw. We are a new guild that is looking to build a core raiding team. Our main raiders are all 5/10H NH and we are looking for anyone to come fill our ranks and join our fun progression yet casual guild. We are a guild that is made up of group of friends that have known each other for 6+ years. We love making new friends and we know how to work as a team, which we think is important to any progression raid, and friendships built in game.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for any and everyone. Since we are just building up our raid team, we will be running Normal NH to get everyone geared and up to speed. All we ask is that you have a decent mastery of your class/spec and a great attitude! This is still a progression group and since we are still in the building stage, please understand that there may be some wipes here and there. Looking for steady raiders and raid nights are still to be determined.
Jeff Kaplan took to the forums to talk about plans for new maps this year, and while he did mention at least 6 that are being worked on, 3 fit into the standard Quick Match and Competitive systems and are already in advanced testing stages, with 3 more presumably for the Arcade in earlier stages of development. The post came in reply to a user's question on whether only two maps a year, as we've gotten so far (Oasis and Eichenwalde), was enough to sustain the game in the long term.

We currently have 3 maps in development, all past the initial playtesting phase that are "standard" maps (QP/Comp). While something could always change, all 3 of those are looking likely for a release this year.
We also have 3 non-standard maps in development (these won't go in QP/Comp).
We also have a few other experiments going on.
Hopefully this will satisfy some of what you're looking for. We want to play on these maps as badly as you guys do. We'll work as fast as we can!
