The latest patch of WoW was recently hit with a number of hotfixes for the game. Check out all the changes here!

Below are the official hotfix patch notes from the official site:

Blizzard LogoHotfix Notes

Classes

  • Heroic Leap, Grappling Hook, Infernal Strike, and Metamorphosis will now work more consistently, especially going up hills.
  • Fixed a bug that caused movements such as Roll or Fel Rush to sometimes stop before reaching their intended distance.

Demon Hunter

  • Darkness is now only available to Havoc Demon Hunters.
  • Demon Hunters are now able to gain reputation with Netherwing, The Tillers, Order of the Cloud Serpent, Shado-Pan Assault, and Emperor Shaohao.
  • Demon Hunters can now see and purchase PvP mounts from vendors and can get mount drops in Pandaria.
  • The Ashran Portal in Stormwind and Orgimmar will now allow Demon Hunters to go directly to Stormshield or Warspear, regardless of whether or not they have completed the Tanaan Jungle intro quests.

Hunter

  • Dire Beast is a bit less noisy.

Paladin

  • Paladins can now use Divine Steed while carrying a flag in battlegrounds.
  • [Retribution] Shield of Vengeance is no longer on the global cooldown.
  • [Retribution] Hand of Hindrance’s mana cost is reduced to 13% of base mana (was 27%).
  • [Retribution] Fist of Justice now reduces the cooldown of Hammer of Justice by 8 seconds when Word of Glory is cast.

Rogue

  • Shadowstrike range has been reduced to 15 yards (was 25 yards).

Dungeons and Raids

  • Players are no longer immediately instance locked when logging into an instance. A warning prompt now occurs when logging back in, offering the option of saving to or leaving the instance.

Event

  • Invasions should now provide XP on stage completion to characters under max level.
  • While an invasion zone is active, the Spirit Healers near major towns will offer resurrections at timed intervals.
  • Restoration Druids, Balance Druids, and Mistweaver Monks should now be able to receive the Felshroud Vest from Legion Invasion Crates.
  • Barracks leaders and their command crystals should now also drop Nethershards.

Pets

  • When set to assist, players’ pets will now attack all targets that have been damaged by the player, rather than only the player’s current target.

Sadly, Fel Rush still stops for me before reaching my intended distance =\

Still no staff or off-hand drops for invasions though?

Hoepefully we'll see that hotfixed before next reset, but I wouldn't hold your breath :(

It might be worth be reporting this as a bug still, maybe they haven't fixed every instance of it

We have more class changes incoming, with today's druid batch focused on the Convoke the Spirits Night Fae Covenant ability!
      Convoke the Spirits (source)
Convoke the Spirits  – in this build or an upcoming build:
–Convoke will more strongly favor current-spec abilities than it currently does
–Convoke will be more willing to use the same ability many times within a single activation
–Convoke will not use Thrash if nothing is in range
–In Feral spec, it will more strongly favorShred over Thrash
–Dodging will work during the channel
Also, this isn’t spelled out, but “current specialization” will use your current Heart of the Wild if you have it active.
A dilemma with this ability is that, on one hand, it’s cooler if it does a wide mix of Druid things. Its power can come from the main-role spells you’re gaining, while some off-role spells contribute flavor, utility, and visual presence. But on the other, reading it can give an expectation of, say, 16 damage spells in a row, which is let down when you get something much less. We’re going to tinker with the mix somewhat to find a better balance here.

As predicted in our post from a while ago, Druids will be able to customize their Bear/Cat form independently of the currently equipped Legion Artifact in Shadowlands.
Bear/Cat Druid form tints are currently tied to your character's Hair Color and the various forms are gated behind your currently transmogrified Legion Artifact.
In Shadowlands, however, you will be able to customize your Druid's Bear & Cat form on the character customization screen, and possibly, in the Barber Shop when it comes to existing characters.
Note that this won't work for tints that you haven't earned.
The ChrCustomizationChoice game table has been updated with new entries:
Claws of Ursoc (Purple) Claws of Ursoc (Gold) Claws of Ursoc (White) Claws of Ursoc (Black) To further support this claim, Blizzard added a new game table named ChrCustomizationDisplayInfo, where they listed all DisplayIDs of the currently available Bear & Cat forms.

Restodroodopz found out that Legendaries now classify as Legacy in Shadowlands Alpha, and so their bonuses are disabled and won't work for low level characters or in Timewalking anymore.

The Legion Legendary Sephuz's Secret is labelled as a Legacy item with inactive effects.

The Sentinel's Eternal Refuge (BoE crafted Legion Legendary) is also marked as a Legacy item, rendering them pretty much useless.
We did some research and checked out Wrathion's cloak (Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve Rank 12) with the primary stat increasing effect which remains untouched, so the Legacy thing only seems to apply to Legion Legendaries.

The same goes for Legendaries from previous expansions, specifically MoP legendary cloaks and WoD rings; they are not tagged as Legacy Items and keep their effects.

Blizzard has updated the character creation screen, making newly-created characters wear fancier, better-looking armor, to give players an idea about how their class would look wearing an armor set.
The Demon Hunter, Druid, and Shaman set remains unchanged (thanks @Dejo93), so we're listing the remaining classes that have received new armor sets for preview. Note that the sets are there just for preview and they're not actual starter sets!
      Death Knight

      Hunter

      Mage

      Monk

      Paladin

      Priest

      Rogue

      Warlock

We have one of the biggest Torghast updates since Alpha launched today, as all classes are now available and have anima powers, Torments have been revamped to be additional challenges instead of a timer, and a lot more Anima power tweaks, bug fixes etc.
      June 3 (source)
All classes now have Anima Powers and can venture into Torghast.
Many classes have received new Anima Powers that affect their Covenant Class abilities.
      Torment Update!
Torments no longer scale with time.
Torments are now additional challenges based on the floor types you have encountered on this run.
Developers’ notes: We’ve heard your feedback that Torments were adding too much time pressure. The Jailer may still torment you on higher levels of Torghast, but Torments will not scale with time. Breath of Coldheart  now increases the health of enemy monsters by a flat percentage based on the number of Coldheart Interstitia floors climbed.
Mort'regar's Echoes now increase the Magic damage enemy monsters inflict by a flat percentage based on the number of Mort’regar floors climbed.
Might of the Upper Reaches now increases the Physical damage enemy monsters inflict by a flat percentage based on the number of Upper Reaches floors climbed.
Developers’ notes: The changes above were inspired by feedback that Torments that reduce your power feel worse than torments that affect your enemies. As always, we will continue to tune and keep a close eye on difficulty. Rewards and Access
Legendary materials now only drop from cell block runs, not from the Twisting Corridors.
Developers’ notes: Looting a Resonating Chest may generate a message that says that you have received “bonus materials” for a “timely completion”. This is an artifact from a previous design that has since been removed, and can be ignored. Chests in the Twisting Corridors now drop Twisted Dust , which will be used for cosmetic rewards.
Portals to the six cell blocks (not the Twisting Corridors) now take you to fully-randomized 6-block runs, rather than the pre-set quest run. This includes a Wayfinder on floor 1 that allows you to choose your difficulty.
Two of Torghast’s six cell blocks are open per week. For testing purposes, the available blocks will change daily. They will change weekly in the final version of the game.
Access to the Twisting Corridors will always be available in addition to the two theme blocks.
Developers’ notes: Players who seek Legendary materials alone can do so in Torghast’s cell blocks, and can earn more materials by climbing higher. Players who are looking for cosmetics, or who simply want to play without pressure, can do so in the Twisting Corridors. More Notes
This build includes many bug fixes. Thank you very much for your bug reports! Remember: Alpha is alpha. Things will still change, especially rewards, tuning, and Torghast’s interaction with outside systems. We really appreciate all of your testing and feedback. Many huge Torghast changes have arrived today.
