Artefact : Moon and Stars Trait ( Elite )

Hello, I have a question regarding this Golden Trait. ( 1% haste per harmful cast you do / 3% if no incarnation )

 

So simple question, what's the most viable, getting 3% for 15 sec or 1% for 30 sec ?

 

BTW : While under the Bloodlust effect, the solar Wrath is capped, is it ok to keep spamming it  or drop it for Lunar strike ?

I believe you will still pick Incarnation, regardless of the effect of this trait.

While under bloodlust, you follow the same rotation that you would normally. Only swap to Lunar Strike if you need to use up charges, regardless of whether you're GCD capped.
