Low on order hall missions

Is anyone else really low on the amount of order hall missions they get?

I'm currently on 0 available and 0 current missions, and have been for at least 6 hours now. In the past 24 hours I've done exactly 1 mission. (A short 3hr one.)

Is this normal or am I missing something here?

What level are you?  About 101? 

You need to turn in a quest to get more missions. 

Look for a turn point in your Class hall.

That's pretty low, agreed. As Forse says, what level are you and how many champions do you have?

I'm lvl 110 and followers are:
109
110 - 760
110 - 765
110 - 800
110 - 825

I remember a post recently on the forums where someone spoke with a Blizz employee and was basically told: Missions are RNG, deal with it.

It might just be crappy RNG for now - how long has it been like this?
