Isn't the first affix at +4 not +3?

Passing this on to Wordup, thanks.

Pelters can be outranged as tank and they will start following you. good thing to do when they end up jumping to close to something else. They also stop throwing discs at your group then.

No idea how I missed this. Just wanted to say, your whole group will need to outrange them and you'll still need to pull them towards you, no?

I'd say just always focus (stun&focus) them first, it's much faster and less damage to take rather than trying to outrange them and accidentally pull another pack.

This was essentially my thought as well. It seems like you're basically going to outrange them to then just stun and kill them elsewhere. It doesn't seem worth it.

While the timegating discussion has been going on for quite a while, as some players dislike being held back and having to wait for weekly unlocks and similar, we have a pretty literal interpretation of it all by Lady Vashj, as she tales matters into her own hands.
The bug is actually pretty annoying, coming up for many players, and Vashj seems to be quite aware of it, with her "Make it quick!" lines sounding like some serious taunting!

As noted in one of the threads, you can actually turn in the quest by either cornering her, or by continuously running while turning it in, and the issue seems to be present regardless of the race of the character.

The Thursday hotfixes arrive, with a few class and Soulbind fixes, changes/improvements to the Tormented affix, a repair anvil on each Torghast floor was added and more.
      July 29 (Source)
      Classes
Druid Fixed an issue where Lone Spirit (Kyrian Ability) was not providing Kindred Affinity (Runecarving Power). Hunter The silence effect from Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper will now show an enemy nameplate UI debuff when an enemy is silenced by the ability. Using Tar Trap on an enemy will no longer break the effects of Camouflage. Shaman Fixed an issue where Hearthstone and several PvP talents were usable while under the effects of Hex. Covenants
Soulbinds Necrolord Fixed an issue where Undulating Maneuvers (Plague Deviser Marileth) would break crowd-control effects. Night Fae Fixed an issue where Dream Delver (Dreamweaver) would not increase the player’s pet damage. Fixed an issue where Field of Blossoms (Dreamweaver) had an inaccurate duration for Mages. Dungeons and Raids
Sanctum of Domination Sylvanas Windrunner Fixed an issue where players could get stuck in the Stage 1 arena when releasing after she’s been defeated. Mythic+ Tormented Affix The spawn location of the 2nd Tormented Affix lieutenant in The Necrotic Wake has been adjusted. Anima Orbs dropped by Tormented Lieutenants should now be easier to interact with when they’re near other players or NPCs. Resolved issues where several spells cast by Lieutenants could target and damage pets. Biting Cold can now be defended against with Spell Reflection. Carnage can now be dodged and parried. Resolved and issue that caused the pre-cast effect of Scorching Blast to not appear on specific graphic settings. The Necrotic Wake Fixed an issue where player immunity effects could cancel the effects of Discharged Anima. Torghast, Tower of the Damned
An anvil to repair your gear is now available at the start of each combat and boss floor. Anima Powers Hunter Fixed an issue where the Deathdealer's Scope anima power was not correctly enabling the use of Kill Shot when Flayed Shot (Venthyr Ability) was applied to and removed from your target.

The third week of Season 2 has come and gone, and we have the blue team remain at the top, including Fire, which doesn't seem to be going anywhere and just can't be taken down in Mythic+! The very high-end keys are still rarely visited, but +15s seem pretty stable and offering some good stats.
Note: The logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
This past week was Tyrannical, Spiteful, Necrotic (and Tormented).

      All Keys
Arcane and Fire retain their dominance from last week, but we do see the yellow fellows reclaim some of their glory as Subtlety climbs up past both Outlaw and Windwalker into that No.3 spot. Affliction is the biggest mover this week as it moves into the top 10 along with Fury, with Havoc dropping a little to compensate. The bottom looks about the same, but we do see Survival pull out towards the middle of the pack.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
The all percentiles chart has caught up to this and last week's higher one, with Arcane sitting at the top, but Fire actually dropped down a few spots there, as Frost swapped places with it. Balance rises here as well, with Shadow falling a little. Frost DKs also seem to have had a bad week, moving towards the bottom, just barely missing out on the final 3.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      High Keys
The Rogues are doing well  everywhere, as the +15s are full of them, with Havoc joining in the top 5 after several weeks of high-end performance in the high keys. Fury seems to have taken offense at Arms coming up and being competitive in M+ (not to mention in raids), so it's taken its top Warrior spot back, but just barely. Two Mages, a rising Marksmanship and a soaring Balance coming out from the very bottom round out the top 10.

Mythic+15 All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
The +20ies are still not seeing much representation, with some specs getting as little as 16 parses in, so we'll be skipping them again, but you can still find them here: Mythic+20 All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides or our extensive Mythic+ guides as well, which have tier lists, dungeon rankings and more.

Here's a very interesting set of data, as Velinian took a look at when exactly each of the specs was present at ANY boss World First kill. Now this certainly isn't intended as an assessment of a spec's actual quality, but is an interesting and fun piece of trivia nonetheless (although perhaps not as "fun" for Survival Hunters).
So, most specs do have relatively recent kills, going back a year or two, with the exception of Guardian and Feral Druids, who haven't had the treat of a WF kill in around 4 and 5 years, respectively. And then there's Survival...

That's right, Survival hasn't been in a World first kill since Blackhand, back when it was still a ranged class - 6 and a half years ago. The list would probably look even more limited if we were to take a look at only endboss World First kills, so we might take a look at that in the near future as well.

World of Warcraft players have organized a massive virtual protest in Oribos across multiple servers to support the Activision Blizzard walkout, protesting against the recent harassment allegations and lawsuit.
Players have been logging out en-masse on live servers to support Activision Blizzard employees that participate in today's walkout protest. Here's how it looked in-game on some servers. Note that some of the posts have been edited and you must visit Reddit to view them.
