Barrage clipped/cancelled after recent patch

Has anyone been experiencing barrage being cancelled when different procs are happening?  For instance, when Six-Feather Fan procs, it takes about 6 seconds or so for it to finish, if you use barrage during this time, the next time the trinket procs, barrage is cancelled.  

During a boss fight, I have noticed barrage going off for about 1 second and cancelling about 50% of the time now.

Yes, I've had Barrage just randomly stop, sometimes after a second, sometimes instantly. Started a couple of weeks ago, though. No idea what's causing this.

I have it happen when my binding shot arrow stuns. I actually wait now till they get stun till I barrage.

Having the same issue with Eye Beam on a DH. No idea why. Perhaps something wrong for every class with channeled abilities.
