Dude about trinkets

Hi all! I got problems to choose my trinket setup. Got this 4 trinkets:

1- Naraxa`s Spiked Tongue --> Item lvl 850, 932 mastery + proc

2- Chronoshard --> Item lvl 845 + socket, 1177 int + proc

3- Twisting Wind --> Item lvl 880, 1631 int + proc

4- Stormsinger Fulmination Charge --> item lvl 840, 1123 int + proc

I know that with the legendary helm, the trinket number 4 is the best to unitarget, but i dont got it so... what setup of this trinkets is the best for single target and aoe fights?
