Which trinket is better for Havoc DPS

Hi, Im having a dilemma. I have 880 ilvl http://www.wowhead.com/item=139325/spontaneous-appendages and i looted http://www.wowhead.com/item=133642/horn-of-valor&bonus=1502:3412 Im using the 880 ilvl at the moment, but im really not sure which one is better.
