If anyone has the time I would like to know the details as to why that is. P.S. Forgot to mention I am talking about Ret. Almaron 1 Report post Posted October 27, 2016 Origionally it was thought to be 30% to try and bring the CD of judgement in line with the 8 second debuff timer it applies to a mob but to actually achieve this you need about 40% haste which isn't possible from gear atm. so it was lowered to 20-22% which is high enough to keep you from experiencing multiple gaps in your rotation but low enough to allow you to stack a higher crit chance. Stacking higher than this isn't the worst thing in the world but the points are simply found to be best spent elsewhere. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
