Unholy DK dps help

Hello,

I've recently came back to WoW (about 3-4 weeks) and have gotten quite a lot of help getting geared up, and am now clearing EN heroic weekly, while we gather enough people to actually do mythic. I've been gearing up quite fast, which means some of my items doesn't have very good stats, since they were a big upgrade according to simcraft from the str alone almost. I feel, however, even though my stats aren't optimal and such, that I should still be doing more dps, so I'd like to ask you guys if you have any suggestions, below is a link to logs from tonights raid:

For nythendra.

Dot up time was only 62%, could easily be much higher. Some delayed soul reaper casts you only got 4 out of 6 possible. Same thing with dark transformation, only getting 6 out of 7. You had some delay to your casts of Apoc as well, but that being said it didn't cause you to lose any casts. About 30 seconds of capped runic. Also I suggest prolonged power potion over old war while I'm not 100% sure if this is better I see a lot of top logs and have personally found it to be better, and would suggest it. Plus on most realms it is also cheaper.

Thanks a lot for the input, it's something I can definitely improve upon.

I feel like there's so many times where I'm RP capped, when I can just spam SS's and do more damage, but I guess that's not ideal?

Varies if your actually going to be rune capped, then yes it is worth just SSing/FS,  but if you have lets say 3 runes down, and ur about to be runic capped or are deathcoil takes priority deathcoil actually does a considerable amount of damage now since it's buff.
