Team Ascension is a two day a week Mythic raiding team with Eternal Kingdom. We are looking for exceptional players to join our ranks for Uldir.
Monday & Thursday 8-11 PM
Mandatory off night Wednesday 8:30 - 10:30 PM
About our Team
Most of us are 40 hours per week working adults or full-time college students. We raid light due to our real life schedules, but with folks willing to be diligent and efficient during our six hours per week. Working with Eternal Kingdom's core values, we have tailored our team to create an environment that is enjoyable, relaxed, and hard working. We will never raid past 11:00 PM, as we respect your time and real life commitments.
About our Community
Eternal Kingdom is a large community consisting of 8 guilds, 12 Mythic raid teams, 5 Heroic raid teams, friends, and family. We pride ourselves in having a positive, all-inclusive guild which houses players with varying degrees of experience and time able to be devoted to this game. Any Exceptional DPS
1. Good Attitude – Our raids are high-pressure situations a lot of the time. Mistakes can and will be made by anyone in the raid. Your attitude must allow for identifying such mistakes, the willingness to admit failure, and the drive to correct such failure. Criticism can and must be met with a level head and the determination to amend your play accordingly. Nobody is above being called out for a mistake. Getting angry at your fellow raiders for pointing out errors during farm or progression will achieve nothing except the re-opening of recruitment.
2. Awareness – Encounters in this game will consistently find ways to kill you, ranging from simple fire mechanics to meteor strikes to sonic discs. If your awareness is lacking in any department, it will become readily apparent. We do not want people that cannot adapt quickly and efficiently to the challenging Mythic encounters of this tier and beyond.
3. Performance – Every boss fight is different. How quickly you are able to form a solid, consistent DPS (or HPS) strategy around the challenges of the encounter means everything. Maximizing output is a must. People who can adapt to any encounter, old or new, on the turn of a dime, are the people we want.
4. Attendance – The same players consistently showing up is one of the greatest keys to fast progression and reliable farm. Our final roster will be under 30 players, and we only raid 3 hours a night, 3 nights a week, so our schedule should be easy to make with 100% attendance, barring real life circumstances that can and will happen to everyone from time to time.
Once accepted into the guild, you will be placed into a trial period that lasts 2-4weeks. During this time, you will be evaluated and see how well you perform in our raid environment. Once we see how you play, we will have a brief talk with you and let you know if you passed your trail or not.

RECRUITMENT MISSION STATEMENT:
We are currently looking for people that can commit to all raid days. We are interested in players that will show up prepared, focused, and ready to kill bosses.
We understand that real life happens, but we do ask that our raiders maintain at least 90% attendance and be able to raid without frequent interuption.
We don't have a strict attendance policy, however it is important for us to keep our progression as strong as possible, which relies heavily on raid wide attendance. We only raid two days a week for 6 hours total,
so it's imperative that we are prompt and focused for raid.
We are currently rebuilding on Area52 (H) in preparations for BFA. At the moment we are seeking any spec Warlock, Prot pally/warrior for an OT position, as well as any competent players regardless of role. Our melee group is getting pretty full, but we will always consider all competitive players.
Tank -- Prot Pally / Prot War
Heals -- MW Monk / Resto Druid / Holy/Disc Priest
Ranged -- MM/BM Hunter / Ele Sham (healing OS is a +) / Shadow Priest / Warlock!
For our 20m roster we have four 5m mythic+ teams that do one max level key a week. These teams are made up randomly and will be mixed up every two weeks (randomly). This system allows for us to make sure that our raiders are staying up to date with gear/Azerite,
and it also helps build chemistry within the core. These are 100% MANDATORY and will be conducted after raid on raid days. Same attendance requirements as raid days.
We expect all raiders to come to raids prepared. This means:
- Having the correct gems and enchants.
- Class knowledge.
- Raid preparation.
We only raid 6 hours a week, so it is imperative that we don't waste time. All underpreforming players, regardless of rank or class, will be benched until performance can be brought up to par for the current content.
We are not interested in carrying anyone, and if you cannot perform raid mechanics, then we are not the guild for you. Flask and food will be provided by the guild bank when available.
Everyone in the guild is taken care of, and this is done primarily through donations by our members. Our guild is a small community and we all pitch in to get things done.
Not a lot to this really. BFA loot will be personal. At this current time we have no structured system for non-upgrades. You're welcome to pass loot, but we will not concern ourselves with it. Our focus is killing bosses.. everyone will end up getting everything
they want... eventually 😛

Anyone listed can answer any further questions you may have pertaining to the guild as well as conduct your interview in our guild discord.
Two Strike Policy is a weekday Mythic hardcore progression guild on US-Sargeras. In our spare time, we run various high Mythic keystones/carries, Heroic Uldir carries and optional Mythic Uldir pug runs. Currently we are recruiting for our BFA Mythic Team. Most of our members are 3-4k+ Raider.io and retain top 10 spots on Sargeras Alliance side. We value camaraderie, communication, preparedness and excellence in each other. Discord is used to communicate during raids.
Although BFA brings changes to the loot system, we expect raiders to be aware of their BIS and ideal gearing setup, and willing to trade where possible to best equip the raid team. The type of people we want would almost JUMP at giving gear to their fellow raid member/team if it is a sidegrade for themselves. Guild repairs, flasks and food are provided to all raiders, including trials.

I usually sim my characters to get the best possible results. I enjoy the process quite a lot and since I reached 120, I wanted to find out the best build of the spec. (Note, I didn't want to find out what to play, but rather how my own build fares in comarison.) I rarely mind a 1-2% difference. If it goes above 2%, I really mind a change. What this thread is about is mainly to bring something in the attention of those who help making the class guides, especially the talent choices. To my surprise, I was awed to find out that certain talents outperform previous "Standard" choices in the endgame, probably due to the stat squish.
The Frost go-to build (top dps) would probably be along the lines of <Icy Talons / Cold Heart - Runic Attenuation - Frozen Pulse - Gathering Storm - Breath of Sindragosa>. What I found out primarily was that after the removal of legendaries, Cold Heart severely underperforms at most given situations resulting in a major dps drop due to the low mastery. Gathering Storm also suffers from the same problem and most of the times, Frostwyrm's Fury is better overall. The biggest surprise of them all, however, was that Inexorable Assault overperforms quite a lot, and is the first reason why I made the topic. I then started simming with the above in mind and I came across a build that some would not consider on par with top dog builds around the meta, which is the use of Horn of Winter which overperforms both its other two options when using the Breath build. Talent Sim can be seen here. Another intresting thing, which I loved, was that the 2nd best build uses Obliteration as a lvl 100 talent and no other build surpassed it (Other than the first one, obviously). So, I encourage frost players out there to give their other, less common talents a try. To the class guide author(s), I believe that the two "underdog" talents will earn their spot in the class guides.
Thank you for your time reading this.
