Looking for a ranged DPS alt

I'm in a guild on a server where there is a major shortage of ranged dps, and I'm considering having an alt I can gear to the side and make my main if my guild still needs rdps when it's close to my fury warrior main. I'm mainly looking for a spec that isn't terrible at any aspect (as in garbage AoE or ST) even if they are OP in another aspect, isn't basically unviable without certain legendaries, and isn't overly dependent on RNG. I'm also valuing gameplay and fun factor over FtM (unless the spec is trash tier). Does anyone have any suggestions?
