BM Hunter DPS

Recommended Posts

Hello!

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/area-52/Hephaesteus/advanced

So, recently i went into noxxic.com and check their dps list, i saw that for ilvl 483 i should be doing around 93k dps which is WAY more than i am doing atm (54k, burst into 70k) i have everything from askmrrobot.com and all the rotations, my opener is

Bestial wrath

A murder of Crows

Stampede

Rapid Fire

Kill command

spam arcane shot

kill command

serpent sting

galive toss

dire beast

Then in the fights i usually keep doing

Bestial wrath

kill command

glaive toss

dire beast

repeat

Please tell me what am i doing wrong?

Ok so the opener looks to be the issue.

https://www.icy-veins.com/beast-mastery-hunter-wow-pve-dps-rotation-cooldowns-abilities

section 5.6

This gives a good opener.

My opener would be-

SSting

Kill Command

Rapid fire

Stampede

A murder of crows

Dire Beast

Bestial Wrath

Glaive Toss (to ensure Bestial Wrath has taken effect before KC)

Kill Command

Readiness

Kill Command

Glaive

Dire beast

Arcane

Arcane

Kill Command

Arcane (until end of Bestial Wrath)

SSting (or cobra if time to reset SSting)

Cobra for focus

Bestial Wrath

Kill Command

Arcane until Kill command / Glaive are useable.

So to explain. Fitting in as many Kill commands while BW is up. Using Readiness to get the double command/glaive/dire.

Dire isn't effected by BW so use it beforehand.

Same for A Murder of Crows. This allows for more arcane shots during bestial wrath.

The reason for KC and Dire beast before BW is to get your trinkets proc'd for while you are doing your best dps (BW time).

This works for me ... it may not be the best/optimal but it makes sense to me.

Hope it helps.

Reddit user Bonelord911 tried to organize all specializations by their alignment to the cosmology chart and here's the result!
There's just one slight inconsistency as ItisCaleb and Evonyte pointed out. Monks should be at Spirit, close to reality, since the Chi is a Spirit element according to the Chronicles.

The individual items that comprise the Dark Ranger General's transmog set have been added in the latest Patch 10.2.5 build. The armor set allows players to resemble Sylvanas Windrunner.
Hunters will probably be happy with the addition of the Dark Ranger General's armor set! Here's a preview of the set. At this time, the source of the ensemble remains unknown. It is possibly tied to the Gilnean Reclamation or Trading Post, we'll see.

Blizzard added a new Night Elf child model in this week's Patch 10.2.5 build.
The model is used NPCs that have moved to Bel'ameth and Belanaar harbor, as indicated in the latest development notes.

      BEL’AMETH
Many Night Elves are now starting to arrive in Bel’ameth and Belanaar harbor to settle in their new homes. In addition to these new hubs, explore other areas across the island to find new night elf cosmetic treasures. Here's a detailed look at the new model. The model looks a bit creepy and the feet are somewhat low texture. Hopefully this will get fixed in a future build.

For more details about the new Night Elf home, check the detailed zone preview by MrGM. Did you know Bel'ameth is a neutral city? Even Horde players can enter!

This week's Patch 10.2.5 build brought an updated map of Amirdrassil.
We're talking about the non-phased Amirdrassil zone available to everyone in the latest update. For comparison, here's the old map from the previous PTR build.

And here's the updated map from this week's Patch 10.2.5 build. Bel'ameth has been marked on the map along with other areas like Belanaar port.

Amirdrassil has also been added to the world map in the previous PTR build.

The new Night Elf home Bel'aneth added in Patch 10.2.5 is a neutral city. However, Horde players who enter the city will see a debuff informing them that they are being watched.
The debuff's name is Eyes of the Sentinels and the tooltip reads: Seen and unseen eyes alike are watching your every move.
