As you maybe have already noticed, Mythic+ rewards have been increased with the latest reset and Nighthold's introduction, but there's more coming next week when mythic opens (and your M+ chests you earn this week will have that level of reward as well). So while the base ilevel in M+12 now is 870 (885 for your weekly chest) and that's the most you can get now, next week if you finish a M+15 you'll be able to get an 885 (900 in weekly chest).

With the opening of the Nighthold on Normal and Heroic difficulties, the maximum item level for Warforged or Titanforged items is now 925. Any item that could previously drop at or above item level 895 can now reach a maximum of 925.

Next week, when Mythic Nighthold releases, we’ll be increasing the cap on Mythic Keystone dungeon rewards from 12 to 15 (at 5 item levels per difficulty level). If you’re able to complete a Level 15 Keystone run this week, you’ll have a Mythic 15 reward waiting for you in your Order Hall cache next week.

Hells to the yay! I'm glad to see that they intend on keeping M+ as a viable way to gear up outside raid.

It seems like M+ is specifically aimed at people like me who prefer 5-man content so that's awesome. I don't really do raiding outside of LFR but I can still feel like I'm doing something that's more end-game with M+ lol.

The wipe count for all of Uldir, including the 285 on G'huun!
And here's the World First G'huun kill video try from the stream:

      Here's the kill clip:

And it's Method with the World First! Re-clearing took a while and they took some time to do a Heroic as well, but as soon as they returned to G'huun they were on their way to the kill, taking only a couple of hours on the boss to down it, showing just how important that extra loot and Vantus runes are. We'll also be adding a clip and the full kill from the stream asap, so stay tuned for that!

It seems Limit's decision to extend the lockout really did cost them, but they were consistently around 1% prior to their reset, so you can't really blame them for their decision:

Method's second try after the re-clear was their best ever, 3.3% in fact, so it was inevitable that they'd get it fast. G'huun marks Method's 10th ever endboss World First, making them the No.1 guild in history, with Nihilum in second with 8 and Paragon in third with 7. Technically you could decide to count Nihilum and Ensidia's kills together, putting them at 11, but they decided to rename instead of merge into a new Nihilum, so you shouldn't.
Gingi did have an interesting point as well, that Method's streaming may have actually turned out to be an advantage, as Limit could have made their extend decision partially based on seeing how close Method were to a kill because of the stream.
In any case, huge congratulations on this amazing achievement, as Method prove they're the best once again. This race has also shown that Limit is back in a major way and the next raid(s) will be incredibly exciting!
Method down G'huun only a few tries after the reset, gets their 10th endboss World Fist!

As you'd expect, Method's kill got a LOT of attention, with over 180,000 people watching through all their streams on Twitch, and they also got many congratulations from all over the place, including WoW devs and the official account itself:
Then there's Game Director Ion Hazzikostas' two congrats and raid race related tweets:
And here's that Hall of Fame page, for some (bad) reason segmented into Horde and Alliance:

Exorsus also joined in the congratulations:

The race is getting insanely tense, as Method have re-cleared and we found out Limit have been having multiple sub 1% tries and their decision to extend the lockout and only progress on G'huun without getting the extra loot may have cost them. However, Method are only getting under 2% after their re-clear so it's still anybody's race as Limit may also be progressing again after sleeping. Limit's attempts:

It's the best time to follow the livestream as we're almost sure to see a World First kill any time now, and all Method streams together have over 180,000 viewers at the moment!
