We're back to daily hotfixes it seems, as Frost Mages get some changes and Priests and Rogues receive some minor changes as well. Gul'dan get some tending to as well, the Tavern Crawl gets cancelled and there's some more PvP DH, Druid, Hunter, Monk, Priest and Rogue changes.

Classes

  • Mage
    • Frost
    • Brain Freeze procs gained while you already have a Brain Freeze active and unused will now be delayed slightly.
      • Developers’ notes: The delay on the second Brain Freeze will give the Mage time to use the first Brain Freeze proc. For example, the Mage might cast Frostbolt (proc Brain Freeze), then Frostbolt (proc Brain Freeze again), then instant Flurry, then Ice Lance, then Instant Flurry again, then Ice Lance.
    • Ebonbolt now travels slightly slower.
      • Developers’ notes: This allows the guaranteed Brain Freeze proc/instant Flurry cast immediately following it to land first, providing the Winter's Chill buff to that Ebonbolt. For example, the Mage might cast Frostbolt (proc Brain Freeze), then Ebonbolt, and fully use both Brain Freeze procs.
    • The first missile from a Flurry cast should now hit sooner.
      • Developers’ notes: This allows a Frostbolt or Ebonbolt cast immediately before a Brain Freeze Flurry to more consistently benefit from that Flurry's Winter's Chill effect, even if the mage isn’t standing at long range. This allows the Frost Mage who has an active Brain Freeze to cast Frostbolt/Ebonbolt, then an Instant Flurry, then Ice Lance while standing 15+ yards from the target. Previously, the Mage had to be about twice as far away.
  • Priest
    • Atonement will now heal players who are out of line of sight of the Priest.
  • Rogue
    • Agonizing Poison application no longer increases Kingsbane damage by twice the listed amount.

Dungeons and Raids

  • The Nighthold
    • Gul’dan
      • Resolved an issue that could cause Empowered Bonds of Fel to instantly detonate.

Events

  • The mages of the Kirin Tor made some arcane miscalculations when planning their Tavern Crawl.  The Tavern Crawl is cancelled.  Khadgar sends his apologies!

Items

  • Cache of Nightborne Treasures now correctly displays the difficulty it is associated with for non-Normal difficulties.
  • Kil'jaeden's Burning Wish should no longer be castable while Mounted or under the effect of crowd control.

Player versus Player

  • Demon Hunter
    • Rain from Above now provides a brief immunity to stun effects upon activation, rather than removing them.
  • Druid
    • Infected Wounds now reduces the movement of targets by 30% in PvP situations.
  • Hunter
    • Mending Bandage will now remove bleed effects on targets other than the Hunter.
  • Monk
    • Xuen summoned by Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger now deals 40% less damage in PvP situations.
    • Hit Combo now grants 1% damage per stack in PvP situations (was 2% per stack).
    • Heavy-Handed Strikes now stuns the target for 3 seconds (was 4 seconds).
  • Priest
    • Holy Ward no longer triggers its cooldown when a crowd control effect is prevented, and instead triggers a cooldown when Holy Ward is cast.
  • Rogue
    • Crippling Poison, Pistol Shot, and Nightblade/Night Terrors now reduce the movement of targets by 30% in PvP situations.

Previous hotfixes.

We've looked at the Mythic+ Tier List for the first time in Patch 10.2.6!
      DISCLAIMER
The following post is based on data from U.GG. Therefore, the data presented here may differ from Petko's Mythic Tier Lists maintained on our site.
      How the Data is Calculated

The tier list of each spec is determined by its effectiveness and prevalence at the highest levels of Mythic+ play.

Dragonflight Season 4 adds a new world quest for Spark of Awakening.
To get your Spark of Awakening, you must complete a different quest every week.
The weekly quest is available from Therazal in central Valdrakken. There are 3 options, but only one is active every week, similar to how Awakened raids rotate.

      Dragon Isles Quest
Participate in a Community Feast Participate in a Hunt Lay siege to Dragonbane Keep Zaralek Cavern Quest
Protect the Researchers Under Fire Loot a Secured Shipment (Suffusion Camp) Complete a Time Rift Amirdrassil Quest
Earn 50 Bloom during the Superbloom Complete a Superbloom Plant 3 Dreamseeds Quest Rewards
Completing any of the 3 quests above grants the Season 4 spark fragment (Splintered Spark of Awakening) via Weekly Awakened Activity and a Cache of Awakened Storms.
You will need two Splintered Spark of Awakening and 250 Flightstones to create one Spark of Awakening.

Super Squirt is available on NA servers today, allowing you to reach max level with your pets in just two battles!
The so-called "Super Squirt Day" has arrived on NA realms today.
You will find Squirt in the Garrison Menagerie, but you will need a Level 3 Garrison. Use your Garrison Hearthstone toy to get to your WoD Garrison.
You can combine this week's event buff, Sign of the Critter, with other items like Safari Hat toy and pet treats (Lesser Pet Treat / Pet Treat) for even more XP bonus, which results in your pets reaching max level in just 2 battles!
Head over to Petopia to read some strategies on how to defeat Squirt!

Today's hotfixes are still very Plunderstorm-heavy, but we do get fixes for more achievement-related mount issues and PvP catch-up, in addition to the limited time event's adjustments.
      March 27 (Source)
      Achievements
Fixed bugs causing mounts related to A World Awoken to be unavailable, including Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard, Bestowed Trawling Mammoth, Bestowed Thunderspine Packleader, Bestowed Sandskimmer, Bestowed Ohuna Spotter, Coralscale Salamanther, Stormtouched Bruffalon, and Taivan. Player versus Player
Fixed an issue that prevented Splintered Sparks of Dreams from dropping from PvP sources while eligible for catch-up. Plunderstorm
The Storm’s fury swells! Lightning strikes during the final stage of the Storm are faster and more dangerous than before. There is now a delay of 20 seconds after being revived where players no longer drop collected Plunder. Additional enemies now spawn at Witherbark Village, the wild area northeast of Go’Shek Farm, and the wild area between Witherbark Village and Boulderfist Hall. Fixed an issue where swapping back to default sword and gun appearances were not saving correctly. Fixed an issue so that now, picking up an additional rank 2 spell while the same rank 2 spell is equipped properly grants the rank 4 version of the spell. The Captain’s Orders quest “X Marks the Spot” now requires 1 item to be picked up (was 2 items).
